Creativity is Power

To create is one of the most powerful privileges of being human. Creating things, ideas, concepts, products, so on and so forth creates jobs, positions, titles, incomes, and so many other things we hold dear. There can be no accounting department without creativity springing forth first to give purpose to its existence. There can be no cause to rally behind without creativity exposing itself and giving others a reason to be passionate. Any organization or individual that loses their creative edge eventually withers and becomes obsolete. Even if you do not deem yourself the creative type, we all have a natural inclination to create and need to give room to that highly important facet of our essence.
