
When we set goals, we usually pursue them vigorously in the beginning. Then slowly we begin to flounder and get off track for one reason or another. It is important to remind yourself daily of why it is important to reach your particular goals. If you don't, you have a much slimmer chance of accomplishing them. One of the reasons I am able to tackle the goals that I set is that I have a small little field note book that has all of my goals written down in it. I review this little note book several times throughout my day so that my goals are fresh on my mind. This helps me to focus and helps me subconsciously pay attention to what will bring me closer to the achievements I desire.
